Established in 1997, the Hamm Foundation is the only organization in the Midwest dedicating its resources solely towards transforming the infrastructure and construction industry by supporting its talent pipeline.

We will create measurable community impact with increasingly diverse, innovative, and well-trained leaders for the infrastructure and construction industry's growth in the Midwest. Impact will happen through increased community support, meaningful partnerships with educators and institutions, and leveraged industry resources.


Committees

Finance/Grant Committee
Responsible for monitoring the fiscal benchmarks and reviewing the grant process

Industry Tour Committee
Develops a series of tours designed to expose interested high school students to careers and opportunities in the infrastructure and construction industry

Golf Tournament Committee
Responsible for running the annual golf tournament fundraiser

Social Committee
Responsible for running the annual social fundraiser
