My Story
Jeff Hamm is vice president of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) for Hamm, Inc. – a leading construction materials and services provider serving northeast Kansas and the Kansas City metro area. He has over 20 years’ experience within the asphalt and construction business. Jeff’s is responsible for building strong connections with local communities through outreach and volunteer projects.
As a fourth generation Hamm, Jeff was introduced to the construction industry at an early age and spent many summers at quarries or work sites alongside his father and grandfather. Jeff graduated from Perry-Lecompton High School and immediately began his career with Hamm, working his way through various roles and developing lasting relationships in the industry.
Jeff is uniquely positioned to bring historical family values to the Hamm Foundation, in addition to connecting it to local educators, community leaders, and the construction industry. He is a lifelong resident of Perry, Kansas, and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his two daughters, Josephine and Helaina, and wife Rachel.
