Secretary

Ramon Gonzalez is the aggregate sales manager for Hamm, Inc. – a vertically integrated materials supplier for commercial, residential, and public construction. He has worked for Hamm in various roles for over 25 years with the last 20 focused on aggregate sales and management.

Ramon brings a vast amount of real-world experience to his role and is always willing to pass that information on to other team members. As a manager he has worked to develop a knowledgeable and confident sales team, always working with the customer to see that their needs are met on each project.

In his free time, Ramon enjoys watching his three daughters participate in sports and school activities as well as finding time to unwind and travel. He is a lifelong resident of Perry, Kansas, a Perry-Lecompton High School graduate, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Baker University.
